100% Wagyu, Bred & Raised With Care
Cut into a Charming Wagyu ribeye, and the first thing you notice isn't the char-it's the give. The fat doesn't sit around the muscle, waiting to be trimmed. It runs through it, in thin seams that render at a lower temperature than typical beef fat, so every bite hits your tongue buttery.
That's what happens when Wagyu is bred as Wagyu-100% Full-Blood, DNA verified, with genetics close to Japan's A5 line. Raised in Ohio's Amish Country, it skips the ocean crossing and the import markup: a short trip from the butcher to your table.
From a reverse-seared tenderloin to a flat iron steak tender enough to rival cuts twice its price, every Charming Wagyu cut comes from the same calm herd, grain-fed slowly and raised with care. Start wherever your appetite points you.

Why You'll Savor Every Bite
Bred Wagyu, Not Blended
Most "American Wagyu" is F1-half Wagyu, half Angus. Ours is 100% Full-Blood, DNA-verified, and deliberately bred. We score every bull and cow on marbling potential, birth size, and yield before we pair them.
Grain-Fed Longer Than Japan's Own Standard
Our cattle are grain-fed for more than 600 days-longer than Japan's A5 benchmark-on a custom blend built for marbling. Then we wait. About three years pass before a Charming Wagyu animal is ready: enough time for fat to work through the muscle, flavor to concentrate, and every steak to arrive at its peak.
Raised Calm, On Purpose
Stress works against good beef by changing how and where fat gets stored in the muscle. At Charming Wagyu, a relaxed herd is part of the recipe. Our herd lives on open pasture in Ohio's Amish Country nearly year-round, away from noise and crowding. Cattle that don't fit that calm get rehomed.
