Our Story

We’ve always felt at right home around cattle—long before we knew about wagyu

We started working on dairy farms when we were young— as a way of helping the family and doing daily chores. For both of us however, this was the beginning of a lifelong fascination and desire to care for animals of our own.

Years later, after starting and growing businesses together, our shared interest in pasturing led us to start dreaming about owning a herd— something different than what we’d grown up with. We always liked the look of black cattle, and once we came across Wagyu, we started paying closer attention. The more we learned, the more it made sense: the marbling, the health benefits, the way the cattle were raised with care. It matched what we already believed in.

We didn’t rush into it. We read, we asked questions, and we took our time getting it right.

Today, Charming Wagyu is the result of a lot of prayer and a lot of learning. We and our team try to do things the right way—honoring the land, the animals, and the people we serve. Every decision is made thoughtfully, from the bloodlines to the feed to the way we treat the cattle day to day.

We’re proud of the wagyu we raise. But more than that, we’re grateful to do this work with our families, and serve those who care about a genuine experience.

Thanks for being part of it.
