Wagyu That Lives Up to the Name

Not all Wagyu is created equal—and you know it. Whether you're serving guests at your table or customers in your dining room, you're not just looking for a label. You're after that genuine wagyu flavor and care that comes through every bite. At Charming Wagyu, we exist for people like you

those seeking and expecting a truly authentic wagyu experience.

Pure Genetics, Purposefully Paired

While many American Wagyu programs crossbreed with Angus, our cattle are 100% fullblood Wagyu, genetically similar to the legendary A5 lines in Japan.

We don’t leave genetics to chance. Every bull and cow is individually scored based on specific traits—like milk production, marbling potential, birth size, and meat yield. We then intentionally pair mates to bring out the best in every calf. The result? Superior genetics throughout each herd

Flavor Worth Serving
—Refined with Time

Exceptional flavor isn’t rushed. Our cattle are grain-fed for over 600 days, exceeding Japan’s A5 standard, with custom-blended feed tailored for wagyu. Every portion is robotically calculated and served at specific intervals, for steady growth and peak health.

We make sure to wait about three years to allow the cattle to develop naturally, without rushing the process. This is how we produce wagyu that consistently delights those who experience it.

Raised in Peace, Sustainably

Stress is the enemy of quality beef. That’s why our cattle live in a carefully maintained, low-stress environment on the rolling hills of Ohio’s Amish Country.
• Free-range access to lush pasture, nearly year-round
• 90% electric-powered equipment to reduce noise and air pollution
• Isolated, peaceful farmland—no traffic, no chaos, just open sky
• We even re-home overly aggressive cattle to maintain a calm herd dynamic

Our goal: cattle that are not just well-fed, but thoughtfully cared for—because a calm life yields extraordinary beef.

A Higher Standard

Every decision we make at Charming Wagyu is rooted in intention, research, and old-world care. It’s how we honor the land, the animal, and the people we serve.

If you’re looking for a genuine, local wagyu experience—this is it
