Our wagyu is DNA Verified as 100% Full-blood, so it is genetically similar to A5 Japanese Black Wagyu. This lends to more consistent marbling and flavor, as compared to American (F1) Wagyu, which is typically 50% Wagyu / 50% Angus, genetically.

At our family farms, we raise our cattle in the most peaceful environment possible, separated from the chaos of the outside world, given a special feed blend. Each decision is to ensure the best yield with the most marbling possible, giving our wagyu a signature, world-class flavor.
